He was very responsive and picked up the type of house we would like very quickly. He handpicked some great houses for us and we found a house after only seeing a few, because of her good choices. Jamie also filtered out houses that would not be desirable by pre-inspecting them or telling us their flaws. Jamie's experience in home building/ renovating was extremely helpful as he pointed out areas that need renovation or were poorly/well constructed. When we were interested in bidding, Jamie carried out a comparative market analysis to help determine market value, which was very helpful in deciding what to bid. When we were deciding whether to put in an offer, Jamie led us through the process patiently and without pressure. He listened and didn't argue with our perspective. He also did a good job convincing the sellers to choose us for their home. We were impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and how good they are at their jobs. Would definitely recommend or work with him in the future.
