Experience shows that the more time that we invest upfront investigating what's really important to you about buying a home, the less time and energy we're going to waste looking for homes that you don't want to see!

Trust.  When somebody says, "What's your advice?", they're really saying I trust you.

Well, I can imagine you have no idea whether I am a trusted Realtor.  I want to share a private conversation I recently had with a young couple who like you had contacted me through the Internet simply browsing.

They were completely frustrated with the agent they were working with.  I asked them their biggest frustration.  They said the agent was showing them properties that weren't right for them.  I asked them where they first met the agent and they told me they met at one of the properties.  I asked them who's idea that was and they told me it was their idea.

I then said, 'did the agent ever suggest that you come into the office for a homeowner consultation and evaluation'?  They said no, the realtor never made that suggestion.

Ann, my response was this.  Is it important for you to eliminate that frustration and only look at properties that really match what's important to you?  You can jump ahead and guess they said, YES!

According to the National Association of Realtors research shows that 85% of the time you can eliminate wasted time and frustration if you invest your time upfront and skillfully evaluate what's really true and determine your needs.

So why trust me?  My role is a real estate consultant, I'm a negotiator and I'm a person who oversees the transactional details so you have a great buying or selling experience.  After all, I'm sure you want to enjoy the experience of buying or selling a home as much as you enjoy the experience of looking for a home.

Can I trust you to tell me what's your biggest frustration right now?

I would welcome the opportunity to meet you, have a great conversation, and learn about your real estate plans (whether it's in the immediate future or down the road) and understand how not to frustrate you.

Best regards,

Jamie
